LTDT Refund Policy...

For classes:

A full refund will only be given - if cancelling a class by contacting me by phone with said cancelation - one week prior to your class's original start date.

Canceling after that time period - refunds will ONLY be given in the forms of CREDIT for any service I offer, for the original dog, with prior approval that must be used within a time period of 6 months unless otherwise authorized.

Female dogs that come in heat during class, will be asked to stop class until the heat cycle is over(3 weeks). They will receive a 3 week credit during the next available class and will pick up in the class number where they left off.

Being a dog owner is a commitment, I expect you to show up and honor that commitment. My time is valuable just as yours is.

Having a dog is work.

Training a well behaved dog is work.

You will only get out of it what you put in.

Situations happen out of everyone's control - refunds only happen when the situation is something I can control.

That being said, if there is something you feel I need to improve on, please let me know right away! I will work my best to address/correct the issue quickly.

My priority always, is to help you learn how to communicate and understand your dog, and have a loving relationship built on trust and teamwork.
